Magnetic anisotropy in TbFeB and PrDyFeCoB microwires

چکیده

Tb 7 Fe 9 0B 3 microwires with a diameter of 50-100 μm were obtained by the method ultrafast cooling melt. It has been established that contain tetragonal 2 14 B 1 phase and cubic TbFe phase. These two phases differ in saturation fields 100 Oe 10 kOe, respectively. The anisotropy coercive force TbFeB also indicates coexistence magnetic phases. data are compared properties PrDyFeCoB microwires, which is isotropic, magnetization achieved lower fields.
